Our Mission
BB Acting Studios was conceived out of the desire to empower young people to excel at doing something they love! Our BBAS coaches, all working actors, agree that acting should be FUN and that coaching should take place in a positive, comfortable environment where the student feels safe to explore and grow. Many of our students are working actors in Los Angeles, but all levels are welcome!
BB Acting Studios places an emphasis on gaining life skills and increasing self-esteem, so that each child and teen can maintain a healthy mindset for longevity in the industry, and an overall positive quality of life.

The School
BB Acting Studios (formerly Brooke Byler Acting Studios) has been providing quality coaching to young actors for more than 10 years! What began with a few students looking for LA quality training in San Diego has grown into a studio where all young actors can feel comfortable to create, learn and grow. While our training is designed for the working or aspiring camera actor, not all of our students share those same goals. Many attend our classes simply for the need of a creative outlet. Unlike many theater programs, there is no competition, pressure to memorize lines or to succeed in the business. Even for our working actor students, BBAS will always put the kid before the career.
Our students have booked lead roles in major feature films, on network and streaming shows and countless commercials. Our studio has wonderful relationships with many local and Los Angeles talent agencies/managers and casting directors – we are here for all of your industry needs, short of managing careers ourselves! We offer various workshops for students and parents to help navigate this ever-changing industry. We will tape your auditions and demo content, review your audition submissions, give you guidance on headshots, representation and so much more. We love acting. We love kids. And we truly love what we do. If you are curious about a camera acting journey for your young performer, or if you just want to try something new and think “that looks fun”.
